He also pledged support for students, offering free transportation and meals, as well as university scholarships. For the elderly, he committed to providing home care services.

During his speech, Özel addressed recent internal party challenges, criticizing what he described as attempts by the ruling AK Party to change the CHP's leadership. He expressed his deep disappointment over these developments. He also issued a strong warning against any potential voter apathy, specifically cautioning against abstaining from voting on the upcoming weekend, implying that such actions could be manipulated to undermine the party's success.

We will solve your infrastructure problems. Drinking water depots will be made functional. The discharge of wastewater into rivers will be prevented. We will make transportation free for students going from Tekke to Gümüşhane center. We will provide free meals to those students every day. We will give scholarships to university students. We will provide home care services for our elders.

The rally, held at the CHP Tekke Town Presidency and later at the CHP Gümüşhane Provincial Directorate, saw a large and enthusiastic crowd. Özel, who had to stand on a chair to be seen by those in the back, connected with the attendees, particularly the women who had waited for hours. The event highlighted the party's efforts to mobilize support and address local concerns ahead of the elections.
