Michael Clark, former president of Azul Azul, conveyed a sense of calm and optimism after his defense team presented arguments in the Sartor case. Clark stated he was pleased to finally have the opportunity to publicly share his version of events regarding an investigation that has been ongoing for about a year and a half.

According to La Tercera, Clark's defense team argued before the court to distance him from the decisions that led to the Sartor case and from operations that later faced scrutiny. Speaking to reporters outside the Justice Center, the businessman highlighted the chronology of the events as crucial.
