Classic Concert in New Taipei City Features Fraud Prevention Education

Residents of Shimen District in New Taipei City are invited to a "Hit Songs of Those Years" classic concert on August 1st, featuring performances by popular artists. The event, organized by the New Taipei City Government as part of the "115 New Taipei City Alley Art Tour" series, will take place from 6 PM to 9 PM in front of the Shimen District Office.

Adding an educational component to the festivities, the Tamsui Land Administration Office will set up a promotional booth. Under the theme "Tamsui Land Prevention of Fraud Flip-Flop," the office aims to raise public awareness about land-related fraud prevention services through interactive games. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about crucial services such as "Real Estate Change Notification," "Address Confidentiality," and "Designated Delivery Address."

The "flip-flop" game challenges attendees to match identical cards featuring "fraud prevention idols" representing these land administration services. Successfully completing the game allows participants to understand how these services can mitigate risks like impersonation for property applications or illegal transfers. The office will also provide on-site consultations for land administration matters and assist with applications for these fraud prevention services.

Attendees who bring an original identification document (ID card, health insurance card, or driver's license) and complete any of the available services will receive a complimentary bone-chain sealed bag, while supplies last. The concert aims to bring together the community through music while simultaneously offering valuable information and services to protect citizens from potential property-related fraud.
