Coca-Cola marks 30 years in Kyrgyzstan with significant economic contributions recognized by state awards

Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) Kyrgyzstan is celebrating three decades of its presence in the country, a journey that began with the opening of its first production plant on May 8, 1996. This marked one of the earliest significant foreign investments following Kyrgyzstan's independence.

Over the past 30 years, the company has evolved into a leading non-alcoholic beverage producer, significantly contributing to Kyrgyzstan's economic and social progress. Since 2006, the operation has been managed by Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), an international beverage company under the Turkish Anadolu Group. CCI is now among the largest Coca-Cola bottlers globally, operating in 12 countries.

"CJSC Coca-Cola Bishkek Bottlers" (CCI Kyrgyzstan) has solidified its market position, with its products available nationwide. The company employs over 900 people and continues to invest in local talent development. Since its inception, CCI Kyrgyzstan has invested over $110 million in the Kyrgyz economy and contributed more than $210 million in taxes, underscoring its role as a reliable investor and employer.

CCI Kyrgyzstan's commitment extends to modernizing production, implementing innovative technologies, and developing infrastructure. The company has been recognized for its adherence to ESG principles, promoting sustainable economic growth and environmental protection. In 2025, the company received the "Ardak" order, one of the country's highest state awards, acknowledging its substantial contributions to the nation's socio-economic development, job creation, community support, and sustainable investments.
