Colored Lines and Spots Appear on Kastani Triangle's White Wall. Who Made Them?

A white wall beside a new five-storey, triangular black office building at the Kastani-Võru intersection has recently acquired colored lines and spots.

A small square stands in front of the building, with a wall running parallel to the street along one side. The wall appears white from Võru Street. Its other side was also white until someone sprayed it with the colored marks.

Literary scholar and poet Aare Pilv noticed the markings on the Kastani Street side. On social media, he described them as a Japanese-style landscape made with sparse lines.
