Comedian Lee Soo-ji vows legal action without leniency over malicious comments targeting civil servant parody

Lee Soo-ji’s agency has declared a zero-tolerance response to malicious online comments and false claims targeting the comedian after a civil servant parody appeared on her YouTube channel.

CP Entertainment said it had found a continuing spread of defamatory posts and comments about Lee across online communities and social media. The agency cited malicious disparagement, insults, personal attacks, false information and defamation.

The agency called the matter a serious infringement of the artist’s reputation and rights. It said it was carefully reviewing all related material and preparing a thorough response.
