Concacaf to Draw Groups for 2026/27 Nations League Tonight

Concacaf is set to conduct the official draw for the 2026/27 Nations League group stage tonight from Miami, Florida. This competition, scheduled across FIFA international windows in September, October, and November 2026, will culminate in the Nations League Finals in March 2027 for League A, and for the first time, centralized championships for Leagues B and C.

The tournament will feature the senior men's national teams from all 41 Concacaf member associations and will also function as a qualifying pathway for the 2027 CONCACAF Gold Cup. The Panamanian national team, led by coach Thomas Christiansen, will not participate in this draw. Due to their fourth-place standing in the Concacaf Men's National Team Ranking as of July 20, 2026, Panama has directly secured a spot in the quarterfinals, alongside Mexico, the United States, and Canada – the top four ranked teams in the region.

The draw tonight will determine the remaining 12 teams in League A, which will be divided into two groups of six. These teams will be drawn from six pots, each containing two selections. The winners and top-ranked teams from each group will then advance to the quarterfinals to face Panama and the other three directly qualified nations. Consequently, the outcome of the draw will be crucial in shaping the potential opponents for Panama in the next stage of the competition.
