Cong An Hanoi has V-League’s most valuable squad for 2026-27 season

Defending V-League champion Cong An Hanoi enters the 2026-27 season with the league’s most valuable squad, worth a combined 6.45 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.

The police-affiliated club has 27 players, including eight foreign players. The squad’s average player value is about 239,000 euros. Australian midfielder Stefan Mauk is its most highly valued player at 600,000 euros. He joined the club in 2025, started all 22 league matches last season and scored three goals.

Cao Pendant Quang Vinh carries a valuation of 500,000 euros, while goalkeeper Nguyễn Filip and defender Bùi Hoàng Việt Anh are valued at 350,000 and 325,000 euros respectively. The squad also includes Nguyễn Đình Bắc and Nguyễn Quang Hải, who helped Vietnam win the 2026 ASEAN Cup. Đình Bắc is valued at 400,000 euros, the same as Quang Hải.

At 22, Đình Bắc is among Cong An Hanoi’s notable players for the new season. Quang Hải brings the experience of a national-team player and remains an important part of the defending champions’ lineup.

Transfermarkt’s list of the league’s 10 most valuable players includes 13 names because several players share the same valuation. Andrei Ivan of Dong Nai City leads at 800,000 euros. Félix Eboa Eboa of Thép Xanh Nam Định and Andrija Majdevac of Dong Nai City follow at 750,000 euros. Jason Cummings is fourth at 650,000 euros, while Mauk ranks fifth. Four players are valued at 550,000 euros, and four others, including Quang Vinh, are valued at 500,000 euros.
