Congress establishes Rs 1 million humanitarian welfare fund, first assistance to go to landless families

Thapa made the announcement during the Green Run program, an event held on Wednesday to observe the memorial day of BP Koirala, a significant figure in Nepal's political history and a former Prime Minister.
