The Talas regional administration of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control is actively enforcing regulations to ensure compliance with construction laws. Recent inspections have uncovered significant violations, with two commercial establishments in the city of Talas found to be operating without the requisite permits.

The 'Elim' guest house, located at 212 Chyngyz Aitmatov Street, and the 'Mayram apa' store, situated at 127 Manas Street, have been identified as being constructed and operated without proper architectural and permit documentation. This constitutes a serious breach of the Law "On Urban Planning and Architecture," highlighting a disregard for established legal frameworks governing construction and development within the region.

It is important to note that these establishments had previously received warnings to rectify the identified violations. However, the directives were not heeded, leading to the imposition of administrative measures. Consequently, individuals T.G.M. and I.R.Sh. have been fined, and further administrative actions have been taken. The department emphasizes that such non-compliance not only undermines regulatory oversight but also poses potential risks related to building safety and urban planning.
