After a 34-year struggle to conceive, Zeynep and Abuzer Doğan of Adıyaman, Turkey, found joy in their twin daughters. The couple sold their home to afford IVF treatment, which eventually led to the birth of their daughters, Tekbir Gül and Havva Gül, six years ago.

Their journey, marked by years of treatments and the loss of two pregnancies early in their marriage, recently gained wider attention when they visited Anıtkabir, the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, with their children. This visit fulfilled a long-held promise made when they first hoped for children.
