CPBL: Wei Chuan Dragons Announce Second-Half Theme Days Featuring Hololive, Hunter x Hunter, and Music Festivals

The Wei Chuan Dragons have unveiled an exciting lineup of theme days for the second half of the season, continuing their "Run & Roar" slogan. The team plans to host a variety of events at both Tianmu Baseball Stadium and the Taipei Dome, integrating popular intellectual properties and major music festivals to enhance the fan experience.

Kicking off the festivities are the "hololive night" events on July 4-5 at Tianmu and July 21-22 at Taipei Dome, featuring popular VTubers from both JP and EN groups. Following this, the "Xin Guang Asian Music Festival" from July 31 to August 2 at Taipei Dome, sponsored by Xin Guang Life, will blend thrilling baseball games with performances by top Asian artists. A special tribute, "85 Forever," will be held on August 5 at Tianmu to honor the legendary baseball manager Hsu Sheng-ming.

Further highlights include the "Wang Dao Bank Beyond the Dragons Roar" event from August 14-16 at Taipei Dome, now in its fifth year, which will feature a unique "ugly cute" art style by illustrator KING JUN and a player performance. The "Eagle Festival SUMMER BOOST 2026" on August 19-20 at Taipei Dome marks the first collaboration with a Japanese professional baseball team. Anime fans can look forward to the "HUNTER×HUNTER" collaboration from August 28-30 and September 11-13 at Tianmu.

The "Tasting the World - Domino's World Flavor Season" returns to Taipei Dome on September 8-9, followed by the "Rock vs. Baseball Retro Day" on September 26-27 at Tianmu, which promises classic rock music and vintage aesthetics. These diverse events aim to create a richer and more engaging home game atmosphere for the Dragons' fans throughout the season.
