Croatian musician Saša Lozar joins Love Island Adria as narrator

Saša Lozar is adding a new role to a career that has already covered music, television, radio, dubbing and presenting. The Croatian musician and broadcaster will narrate Love Island Adria, the regional version of the global dating show.

Love Island is a major global project, and I am glad to be part of it.

Lozar said he had never taken on an assignment like this and was excited to try it. He described his voice as both his tool and a form of direct marketing, while saying that experimenting across different projects helps him keep learning.

My voice is my tool and my direct marketing.

As narrator, Lozar expects to shape the show’s final impression with humorous provocations and observations, but without insults. He plans to draw on the ability to recognize situations and interpret them in an unusual way that he developed through his morning radio show.

I hope my islanders will give me plenty of material.

He said he hopes the contestants will provide plenty of material. On matters of romance, however, Lozar was reluctant to offer broad advice, saying people are individuals and that what works for him may not work for others. Love Island Adria begins on Voyo on Sept. 13, and applications remain open.
