Croatian TV host Maja Ciglenečki celebrates 38th birthday with team's warm wishes

The popular Croatian morning show "Dobro jutro, Hrvatska" (Good Morning, Croatia) celebrated a special occasion for one of its beloved hosts, Maja Ciglenečki. The show's team shared a heartwarming birthday message for Ciglenečki on social media, calling her "our dear Dragon Maja."

Ciglenečki, born on June 28, turned 38. While she is a familiar face on television, she is not a journalist by profession. She holds a master's degree in English and Spanish language and literature. Ciglenečki joined the Croatian Radiotelevision (HRT) in 2010 and became part of the "Dobro jutro, Hrvatska" team in 2019.

In a previous interview, Ciglenečki expressed her deep satisfaction with hosting the show. She highlighted the strong bond and friendly atmosphere among her colleagues, including long-time hosts Davor Meštrović and Mirko Fodor. Ciglenečki noted that their frequent time together on set fosters a sense of camaraderie, making their work shifts feel more like social gatherings than just professional duties.

Beyond her professional life, Ciglenečki cherishes her family time with her husband Bojan and their sons, Leon and Luka. She mentioned that her children view her television work like any other job, without attaching special significance to it. For them, the most important aspects are their shared activities, playtime, conversations, hugs, and kisses, with the rest being less significant.
