Crypto magnate Harry Yeh found dead after falling from luxury Paraguay high-rise

Harry Chun Tak Yeh, a 40-year-old Hong Kong-born cryptocurrency magnate and founder of Quantum Fintech, has died in an apparent fall from a luxury building in Asuncion, Paraguay. His body was discovered naked at the base of the 'Jade Park' residential tower in the upscale Trinidad neighborhood.

Yeh, who resided on the 27th floor of the building with his 29-year-old Brazilian partner, Isadora de Proenca Braganholo Carvalho, also used a 30th-floor unit as his private office. Building security reportedly heard a loud noise before discovering Yeh's body on the ground. Witnesses stated that Yeh fell from the 30th floor.

Investigators found a handwritten note and several small stones near the deceased. A search of Yeh's 30th-floor office revealed an open glass window near a long table, with fingerprints and possible support marks on the glass surface. Police have spoken with Carvalho, who stated she has no knowledge of the events leading to Yeh's death.

Hong Kong media reported that Yeh, who moved to Canada with his family as a child, held degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He had previously worked at Microsoft. The report includes a public service announcement about seeking help for mental health issues.
