Daewoo, Hyundai, Jeil E&C attend site meeting for 1.1 trillion won Ha-an Jugong redevelopment

The race to redevelop the Ha-an Jugong apartment complexes in Gwangmyeong, South Korea, has officially heated up with major construction firms expressing interest. Daewoo E&C, HD Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and Jeil Engineering & Construction have all participated in the site explanation meeting for the integrated redevelopment of complexes 6 and 7.

This significant urban renewal project is estimated to be worth approximately 1.1 trillion won (about $800 million). The competition was expected to be fierce, but the confirmed participation of Daewoo E&C has particularly raised eyebrows.
