Democratic Party leader Jeong Cheong-rae lauded President Lee Jae-myung's performance, describing him as an "irreplaceable" leader during a press conference marking the president's first year in office. Jeong's remarks, posted on Facebook, emphasized Lee's unique leadership qualities.

Jeong specifically praised President Lee's "fundamental problem-solving awareness" regarding issues facing South Korea. He noted Lee's ability to grasp the details of various matters, which he contrasted with the leadership styles of past presidents. This detailed approach, Jeong suggested, demonstrated a strong leadership capable of tackling complex challenges.

We could see a strong leadership with details different from past presidents, in terms of fundamental problem-solving awareness for phenomena that cannot be seen in any past president and accurate grasp of details for each issue.

Furthermore, Jeong highlighted President Lee's capacity to identify and present short-term and long-term priorities for the nation. He expressed confidence in Lee's vision for addressing the country's problems. The party leader pledged that the Democratic Party would lead by example and dedicate itself to the success of the Lee administration.
