Regarding the controversy surrounding the Supreme Court Justice Recommendation Committee, Kim alleged, "There is an analysis that Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae's intention is to nullify the committee itself by having the government reject the unilateral proposal without consultation with the President." He asserted, "If this is true, it is a futile scheme."

In addition to his critique of the judiciary, Kim Min-seok also unveiled plans for party organizational reform. He announced the establishment of a "Grand Unification Promotion Team" directly under the party leader, appointing lawmaker Park Beom-gye as its head. This team will include subcommittees for progressive solidarity, alliance with the Cho Kuk Innovation Party, and expansion of recruitment.
