Digital Transformation: Cyber Security Days Algiers 2026

In a move underscoring Algeria's commitment to digital transformation and national technological sovereignty, the nation is hosting its inaugural "Cyber Security Days Algiers 2026." This event, running from June 14 to 16 at the Palais de la Culture Moufdi Zakaria in Algiers, is dedicated to digital security, cyber resilience, and digital trust.

The conference, sponsored by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-Enterprises, brings together more than twenty national and international exhibitors. These participants represent key segments of the cybersecurity ecosystem, including security solution providers, integrators, innovative startups, and experts specializing in data protection, network security, cloud computing, identity and access management, Security Operations Centers (SOCs), and AI applications in cybersecurity.

The official opening ceremony included public sector representatives, institutions, companies, and digital stakeholders. It featured an inaugural conference and an institutional panel discussing cybersecurity challenges, digital sovereignty, innovation, and skill development. Beyond the exhibition, which continues until June 16, attendees can explore the latest technological innovations and engage directly with experts and solution providers.

The event specifically targets IT decision-makers, information security managers, technical experts, business leaders, academics, specialized students, and innovative project leaders. Strategic sectors highly vulnerable to cyber risks, such as telecommunications, banking, finance, insurance, public administration, energy, oil and gas, transportation, and large private companies, are well-represented. Technical workshops on June 15 and 16 will cover best practices for protecting critical infrastructure, risk management, cloud security, AI, and digital transformation. The Cys-LAB Startup Village, in partnership with Algeria Venture, highlights young Algerian startups developing innovative solutions in cybersecurity, AI, and digital technologies.
