Dinamo fans debate stadium seating for Bad Blue Boys

As Dinamo Zagreb prepares to move to the Kranjčevićeva stadium, a significant debate is unfolding among its supporters regarding the seating arrangements for the Bad Blue Boys fan group. The primary concern revolves around the stadium's reduced capacity compared to Maksimir, raising questions about how the most dedicated fans will be accommodated.

A discussion on the "Bad Blue Boys – Zagreb" Facebook group highlights concerns that the club might offer the fan group only the south stand, which has an estimated capacity of around 2,000. This is seen as insufficient, given that the group often numbers between three to four thousand even for domestic league matches, and significantly more for derbies or European games.

Another proposed solution, allocating part of the east stand alongside the south stand, is also met with criticism. The author of the post argues that separating the fan group across non-contiguous sections would harm organized chanting and the overall matchday atmosphere. Instead, the proposal is to grant the Bad Blue Boys exclusive use of the entire east stand, which can hold approximately 4,000 spectators.
