Dinamo's European Matches to Be Broadcast Widely on RTL

Football fans have reason to celebrate as RTL Television secured the broadcasting rights for Dinamo Zagreb's second qualifying round matches for the Champions League. This means both legs of the upcoming tie will be accessible to all viewers, a welcome change from exclusive pay-TV deals. Dinamo begins its European campaign against Swiss side Thun on July 21.

In contrast, matches involving other Croatian clubs, like Hajduk's Europa League qualifiers, have been restricted to specific pay channels. This decision by RTL ensures broader access for supporters eager to follow Dinamo's European journey. The first match is scheduled for 8 p.m. in Switzerland, with the return leg a week later in Zagreb. Filip Brkić will provide commentary for both encounters.

RTL has a history of broadcasting Croatian club matches in European competitions, having previously acquired rights for Rijeka's games in 2021.
