Disney+ Finally Speaks Croatian: Titles Now Available with Subtitles and Dubbing

Streaming giant Disney+ has finally embraced the Croatian language, introducing a fully localized interface, subtitles, and dubbing for its vast library of films and series. This long-awaited upgrade significantly simplifies content access for Croatian audiences, making their viewing experience more enjoyable than ever.

Since its arrival in Croatia, users have consistently requested native language support. Now, as part of a major global update, Disney+ has responded by fully integrating Croatian. The change extends beyond just subtitles and dubbing; the entire user interface, from menus to content descriptions, is now adapted for local users. Special indicators help users quickly identify titles available in Croatian.

Global hits like "Zootopia 2," "Avatar: The Fire and the Ashes," and "The Bear" are among the titles now featuring Croatian subtitles. "The Devil Wears Prada 2" is set to be available from July 29. This move is part of Disney+'s broader ambition to increase global accessibility and inclusivity. The platform has added support for 17 new languages, including Arabic, Hebrew, and Hindi, bringing the total number of supported audio languages to 58. With user interfaces available in over 30 languages and subtitles in 42, Disney+ demonstrates its commitment to diverse markets.

Switching to Croatian is straightforward: users can select their profile, go to "Edit Profiles," and choose Croatian under language settings. Once selected, Croatian audio or subtitle options will appear for available content. This enhancement not only improves user experience but also opens the door to a wider audience, especially younger viewers who can now enjoy their favorite animated films in their native tongue. Disney+ is also offering a special promotion to celebrate the launch of Croatian language support.
