Disruptions to night train services in Berlin and Brandenburg due to construction

Train travelers in Berlin and Brandenburg should prepare for longer journeys at night until Thursday, as several regional train lines face cancellations. Deutsche Bahn announced that disruptions will occur nightly between 9:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. due to ongoing construction work.

The FEX line, which serves BER Airport, will be affected on the nights of July 6 and 7. Additionally, the RE5 service to Rostock and Stralsund will not run as scheduled for the next two nights. These cancellations will impact the route between Berlin Gesundbrunnen and Berlin Hauptbahnhof/Berlin Südkreuz.

Passengers traveling on the RE3 line towards Lutherstadt Wittenberg can expect restrictions until Thursday. Deutsche Bahn has announced cancellations on various sections between Berlin Gesundbrunnen and Niedergörsdorf during these three nights. Replacement bus services are available for travelers on this route.

Furthermore, the RE4 line will see disruptions between Trebbin and Jüterbog/Falkenberg(Elster) from Tuesday to Thursday nights. Similar to other affected lines, replacement bus services will be provided to help passengers reach their destinations.
