'Distinguished Funded Enterprises 2026' exhibition opens in Nizwa

The "Distinguished Funded Enterprises 2026" exhibition commenced in Nizwa, Oman, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Department in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. This two-day event provides a platform for 20 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and several funding agencies to connect and showcase their offerings.

The primary goal of the exhibition is to highlight the products and services of funded SMEs, thereby enhancing their marketing reach and expanding their networks with investors and funding bodies. Organizers hope this will foster effective partnerships, open new investment avenues, and demonstrate the positive impact of funding programs on enterprise growth and sustainability.

Participating institutions represent a diverse range of economic sectors, including industry, consumer goods, manufacturing, construction, education, and services. This variety reflects the broad spectrum of economic activities and entrepreneurial ventures present in the Al Dakhiliyah Governorate.

Issa bin Saleh Al Subaihi, Director of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Department in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, emphasized the exhibition's role as a crucial platform for funded enterprises to access wider audiences of consumers and investors. He stated that the initiative aligns with the authority's commitment to supporting entrepreneurs, improving enterprise competitiveness, and creating new opportunities for marketing and networking, ultimately contributing to economic development.

The exhibition, inaugurated under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Mahri, Governor of Adam, allows visitors to explore the products and services of the participating companies and engage with supporting entities to share experiences and explore investment possibilities.
