Disturbing Warning from Zagreb: Two Men Allegedly Tried to Pull Child from Yard

A disturbing warning has circulated on social media in Zagreb after a resident claimed that two unidentified men tried to pull a child from a yard in Bukevjanska Street.

The incident allegedly happened on Sunday. The men were reportedly seen again on Monday morning in the same street, where they were said to have looked into yards.

The person who posted the warning said they had not witnessed the incident personally and had learned about it from neighbors. The post described one man as shorter and around 30 years old, and the other as heavier and around 40.

The post urged residents to watch for unfamiliar or suspicious people. It was not known whether the case had been reported to police or whether Zagreb police had received a call about it. An inquiry was sent to the Zagreb Police Department to establish whether officers knew about the alleged incident and were taking steps to clarify what happened.
