The clinic, reportedly named 'Good Orthopedic Clinic' and located near the Fengchia commercial district, has been the subject of speculation.

However, orthopedic physician Chao Shu-yi has stepped forward to clarify his identity and the clinic's ownership. Dr. Chao, who shares the same surname as the former presidential son-in-law, confirmed that he is indeed the one establishing the clinic. He stressed the importance of distinguishing between the two individuals, stating, "Don't get the wrong person."

Dr. Chao Shu-yi explained that he has been preparing to open 'Good Orthopedic Clinic' (Good Orthopedic Clinic) for some time and that it will soon officially open in Taichung. The clinic's focus on orthopedic, pain management, and rehabilitation services, including PRP injections, bears similarities to the services offered at Chao Chien-ming's clinic in Tainan, which may have contributed to the public confusion.
