“Doesn’t It Bother You to Sit With War Criminal Putin?” Ukrainian Journalists Press Kushner and Witkoff

Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner faced an uncomfortable Ukrainian press conference after Sunday talks with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Journalists confronted the American negotiators with a series of pointed questions.

One question put directly to Witkoff asked whether he found it abhorrent to sit at the same table with Vladimir Putin, whom the journalist called a war criminal.

After the meeting, Zelenskyy said the most important thing was to continue working together and keep diplomacy moving.
