Dong Nai police investigate murder case resulting in three deaths

Authorities in Dong Nai province are actively investigating a homicide case that claimed the lives of three individuals in Loc Ninh ward. The victims have been identified as 60-year-old Truong Thi Thiet, her daughter 36-year-old Le Thi Thanh Thi, and 46-year-old Le Quoc Cuong, who was reportedly in a relationship with Thi.

Initial reports indicate that Cuong visited the Thi family's home on the afternoon of July 12. He joined them for a meal and stayed overnight. Around 1 a.m. on July 13, neighbors heard cries for help from the house. They discovered Cuong fleeing the premises before he re-entered a bedroom with an electric cord and closed the door.

Upon entering the room, residents found Thi deceased with multiple injuries. Her mother, Thiet, was critically injured and later died despite receiving emergency medical attention. Cuong was also found dead in the room, with an electric cord connected to his body. Police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
