Driver rams police car multiple times during German chase

Police in Teterow, Germany, are searching for an unknown individual who repeatedly rammed a patrol car during a high-speed chase before escaping. The incident occurred late Thursday night when officers attempted to stop the suspect's vehicle.

The driver ignored the police's initial command to halt, initiating a pursuit. The suspect's vehicle then stopped briefly, only to reverse and collide with the patrol car positioned behind it. This maneuver was repeated on a bridge, after which the driver exited the vehicle and fled across a field.

Authorities reported that the patrol car sustained approximately 5,000 euros in damages as a result of the collisions. Fortunately, no injuries were reported among the officers or any other individuals involved. The driver, along with a passenger who had exited the vehicle, managed to evade capture and continued their flight in the direction of the L 20 road.
