Drug distributor "El Pecas" arrested in Mérida following federal operation

"El Pecas," originally from Chetumal, Quintana Roo, was reportedly operating as a drug distributor in Mérida after relocating from his home state. His move to Mérida was allegedly prompted by an attack in Chetumal, an incident that also involved his partner.
