Drunk Driver Crashes Tesla Into Building in Seoul's Apgujeong, Arrested

A 30-year-old man is facing charges of drunk driving after crashing his Tesla into a building structure in Seoul's affluent Apgujeong district. The incident occurred in the early hours of August 17th, according to police.

The driver was operating his Tesla when he collided with an external structure of a building near Apgujeong Station. Following the crash, he reportedly abandoned his vehicle nearby and attempted to flee the scene. Police, alerted by the incident, located the man in the vicinity and took him into custody for questioning.

An alcohol test administered by the police revealed that the man's blood alcohol content was significantly high, exceeding the legal limit for license revocation. Despite the test results, the suspect allegedly claimed he had not consumed alcohol before driving.
