East Jerusalem Resident Arrested for Allegedly Committing Indecent Acts Against 12-Year-Old Girls

Police arrested a 19-year-old East Jerusalem resident on suspicion of committing indecent acts against two 12-year-old girls along the Tel Aviv coastline. The incident occurred Friday when officers on patrol noticed a suspicious man allegedly entering the water and approaching the minors.

According to reports, the suspect allegedly touched the girls indecently. Nearby police officers intervened, spotting the man and apprehending him. A background check revealed the suspect's age and place of residence. He was taken to a police station for questioning and subsequently detained.

The suspect appeared in court on Saturday night, where his detention was extended until Monday as the investigation continues. This arrest follows a recent wave of similar incidents in Tel Aviv, including the apprehension of two men last month accused of indecent acts against multiple women at different locations within the city.
