ECNBA Publishes NBA Voters’ Register

The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA) has published the preliminary voters list, marking a significant step in the preparations for the upcoming NBA General Elections.

All eligible voters are strongly encouraged to verify their information before the verification period concludes on June 1, 2026. In an official notice, ECNBA Chairman Mr. Aham Ejelam, SAN, and Secretary Ibrahim Nasarawa confirmed the publication of the register. They emphasized the importance of careful verification by all members, stating that the list was released in accordance with the NBA Constitution (2015, as amended in 2025). The voters list can be accessed via the ECNBA's official website under the "Voter List" section or through a dedicated voters’ portal.

The committee has also outlined procedures for corrections. Members who identify any discrepancies in their records should submit requests via the official support email. These requests must include their Supreme Court enrollment number (SCN), full name as registered at the Supreme Court, GSM number, and email address for verification. The ECNBA assures that all correction requests will be processed and addressed within 24 hours, stressing the urgency for members to act promptly to ensure a credible and transparent electoral process.
