The Toronto Argonauts are set to honor two legendary players, linebacker Kevin Eiben and defensive back Carl Brazley, by inducting them into the club's all-time list. The ceremony will take place on August 22 during halftime of the Argonauts' game against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at BMO Field.

Kevin Eiben, a 46-year-old from Delta, B.C., spent 11 of his 12 CFL seasons with the Argonauts from 2001 to 2011. He ranks second in team history for career tackles with 703 and playoff tackles with 42. Eiben also holds the franchise record for most special-teams tackles in a single season, with 33. His individual accolades include being named Toronto's top Canadian six times, earning the East Division nod three times, and achieving league all-star status three times. He was a key member of the 2004 Grey Cup-winning team. After concluding his playing career with Hamilton in 2012, Eiben transitioned into coaching, returning to Toronto from 2015 to 2025 in various capacities. During his coaching tenure, the Argonauts secured three more Grey Cup victories.

Jason Pottinger, president of the Argos Alumni Association, praised Eiben, stating, "Kevin Eiben embodied everything you want in an Argonaut, toughness, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the team. His outstanding career and lasting impact on the organization make him an exceptional choice for the All-Time Argos."

Carl Brazley, 68, of Louisville, Ky., played 10 seasons with Toronto from 1982 to 1992, following earlier stints with Montreal and Ottawa. In his first season with the Argos, Brazley was named a league all-star and helped the team win its first Grey Cup in over three decades, defeating the B.C. Lions 18-17. He was recognized as Toronto's outstanding player and defensive player in 1985 and won a second Grey Cup with the team in 1991. Brazley appeared in 138 regular-season games for the franchise, ranking third all-time in fumble recoveries with 15 and fourth in interceptions with 37.

Argos GM Mike (Pinball) Clemons reflected on Brazley's legacy: "Carl Brazley was so much more than a football player. He mentored a rookie Pinball and a rookie Rocket Ismail. He was a family man with cat-like instincts who became a league all-star an incredible five consecutive years."
