Eid-el-Kabir: Fubara felicitates Muslims, urges reflection on compassion, sacrifice

Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has conveyed warm felicitations to Muslim faithful across Nigeria as they celebrate Eid-el-Kabir, the Festival of Sacrifice. The governor emphasized that this occasion calls for a deep reflection on the core values of sacrifice, compassion, generosity, and unity, applicable to all citizens regardless of their faith.

In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Onwuka Nzeshi, Governor Fubara expressed his gratitude to the Muslim community for their significant contributions to the peace, economic development, and social harmony within Rivers State. He highlighted the importance of the Eid-el-Kabir celebration as a moment for both Muslims and non-Muslims to reaffirm their commitment to peaceful coexistence, mutual respect, and collective progress.
