El Salvador's OPUS 503 Trio to Bridge Music Between El Salvador and Marmaris

Marmaris, Turkey, is set to host the Salvadoran pop-lirik vocal trio OPUS 503 in a cultural exchange event. The concert, a collaboration between the Marmaris Municipality and the El Salvador Embassy in Ankara, is part of the "El Salvador, Land of Palms and Flowers" international tour. This initiative aims to showcase El Salvador's rich cultural tapestry and musical traditions to the local audience.

OPUS 503 will bring El Salvador's cultural richness and musical tradition to Marmaris art lovers.

OPUS 503, formed in 2017 and comprising José Guerrero, Mauro Iglesias, and Esaú Osorio, specializes in the Classic Crossover and Pop-Lirik genres. They blend lyrical vocal techniques with contemporary music, inspired by El Salvador's "Brotherhood of Flowers and Palms of Panchimalco," recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage. The trio has previously performed in numerous countries, including the United States, Spain, and Japan, acting as cultural ambassadors for El Salvador.

The concert, organized in collaboration with the El Salvador Embassy in Ankara, will contribute to strengthening friendship and cultural sharing through music.

The upcoming performance in Marmaris will feature OPUS 503's original works alongside a rendition of the beloved Turkish folk song "Üsküdar’a Gider İken (Kâtibim)". This musical dialogue between different cultures is intended to strengthen friendship and cultural sharing. The concert is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Marmaris Municipality Port breakwater area.
