The dispute centers on Pirro's decision to drop charges against an individual whom Trump accused of vandalizing the pool, a move that has angered the former president.

Pirro, generally considered a loyal ally of Trump, concluded that the damage to the pool was a result of construction defects rather than vandalism. This assessment directly contradicts Trump's assertion that a vandal caused significant damage, including a roughly hundred-meter-long cut in the pool's coating.
