Eni and Petronas Launch Gas Joint Venture in Southeast Asia

Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) has joined forces with Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), a prominent real estate developer, to explore significant opportunities in urban and mixed-use real estate projects across the Kingdom. The two entities signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to foster collaboration.

The partnership is designed to combine PIF's extensive investment resources and scale with TMG's proven expertise in delivering integrated mixed-use developments. The initiative targets unlocking potential in the residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors, aiming to create enhanced urban environments and elevate the quality of life for residents.

This strategic alliance is a key component of PIF's broader strategy, which outlines six ecosystems for development, including urban development and livability. The collaboration is expected to accelerate project delivery and create value, fostering a framework for increased private sector participation and knowledge transfer.

Aligning with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the MoU supports the Kingdom's goals of economic diversification and expanding homeownership among Saudi citizens, targeting a 70% rate by 2030. TMG, with nearly 55 years of experience in developing integrated cities and hospitality projects, brings substantial regional expertise to this venture.
