Erdoğan Praises New Law Proposal Aimed at National Unity and Peace

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has lauded a new legislative proposal designed to bolster national unity and social integration. The bill, titled the "Law Proposal on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Cohesion," was presented to the Grand National Assembly following comprehensive consultations.

In a statement shared on social media, Erdoğan emphasized the proposal's goals: to permanently eliminate terror threats within Turkey and its region, reinforce national unity and solidarity, and enhance the climate of peace. He described the bill as reflecting the will of the nation and achieving broad consensus.

Erdoğan extended his gratitude to the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), the junior partner in the Cumhur Alliance coalition, and its leader, Devlet Bahçeli. He also thanked other political party groups and members of parliament for their efforts in finalizing the proposal and ensuring the success of the process.

The legislative initiative aims to address security concerns and promote stability within Turkey and its surrounding areas. The government views this as a significant step toward achieving lasting peace and national cohesion.
