Erdoğan receives presidents of Turkey’s four biggest football clubs at Dolmabahçe

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan brought together the presidents and board members of Turkey’s four biggest football clubs at the Dolmabahçe Working Office.

Erdoğan hosted Beşiktaş president Serdal Adalı, Fenerbahçe president Aziz Yıldırım, Galatasaray president Dursun Özbek, and Trabzonspor president Ertuğrul Doğan. He invited the club leaders to Dolmabahçe for the meeting at 2:30 p.m.

In a statement posted on social media, Erdoğan said he believed the Süper Lig, which began several weeks earlier, would continue in a climate of friendship, brotherhood, and fair competition. He also said he believed Turkish clubs would make the country proud with victories in Europe and wished all sports clubs success.
