Estonia failed to deliver ammunition worth €183 million to Ukraine

Estonia was supposed to supply Ukraine with €585 million worth of ammunition using money from the European Peace Facility and other classified donor countries.

But ammunition worth nearly one-third of that total, €183 million, was not paid for. Of that amount, €72 million could ultimately be written off at the expense of Estonian taxpayers.
