EU: Charles Michel begins capital tour, focusing on long-term budget

European Council President Charles Michel is set to commence his annual tour of European capitals, with Bratislava and Tallinn marking the first stops on Tuesday. Following their meeting, a joint press conference will be held. Unlike his visit last year, Michel will not be having dinner with his Estonian counterpart on this occasion.
