Eumgil HR Named LHH’s Official Partner in South Korea

Eumgil HR has been selected as LHH’s official partner in South Korea, giving the Korean outplacement and corporate-training company responsibility for the global firm’s local partnership from Oct. 1.

Eumgil HR will take over the position and role previously held by Injay Management. It plans to provide LHH’s global career-transition and outplacement services in South Korea and expand HR solutions through LHH’s international network.

LHH, an affiliate of global staffing and talent-solutions group The Adecco Group, provides career-transition services, leadership development and coaching to companies worldwide. The new partnership is expected to strengthen Eumgil HR’s position in South Korea’s outplacement market.

Eumgil HR has more than 600 existing corporate clients. Adding about 200 foreign-affiliated companies managed by LHH Korea will create a network of roughly 800 companies in South Korea and abroad. The company said it would combine its expertise in the Korean employment market with LHH’s global infrastructure, offering globally based career-transition services to Korean companies and labor-market consulting tailored to foreign companies operating in South Korea.
