French swimmers Léon Marchand, Pierre Largeron, Sauveur Cristofini, and Roman Fuchs achieved a significant milestone by winning a silver medal in the 4x200m freestyle relay at the European Championships in Saint-Denis. Obviously, that puts a little pressure on, but I tried not to think about it too much," Largeron said. He was pleased to see the team remain on the podium, ultimately finishing second.

Sauveur Cristofini, the third swimmer, described the experience as "crazy" and credited the atmosphere for motivating the team. He focused on maintaining their podium position, emphasizing the collective effort and individual dedication that led to this achievement. Roman Fuchs anchored the final leg, securing the silver medal for France.
