Okpanachi, who began his tech journey in 2019, validated the need for his platform by consulting with event attendees and organizers. His conviction solidified after encountering similar sentiments online, confirming a significant gap in the market. This led to the development of CheckdIn, designed to streamline various aspects of event management, including registration, ticket sales, real-time monitoring, QR-code check-ins, and attendance tracking.

Beyond simply eliminating manual registration, Okpanachi envisions CheckdIn as a vital component of Africa's expanding events sector. The platform offers organizers tools to manage access, gain audience insights, simplify ticketing, and evaluate event performance. His entrepreneurial journey, from observing a simple problem to building a tech solution, underscores the importance of identifying and addressing everyday inefficiencies.
