While Minister Pradhan had pledged reforms and Prime Minister Modi vowed to punish those responsible, protesters remained unsatisfied, insisting on the minister's resignation. Celebrations erupted at the Jantar Mantar protest site in Delhi following Pradhan's announcement. However, the CJP founder stated the demonstration would continue until the government compensates families of students who died by suicide and takes action against police officers accused of misconduct during the protests.
