Extensive Cleaning Campaign Underway at Asyut's Roman Garden Site

The Asyut Governorate in Egypt is undertaking a significant cleaning campaign in the Roman Garden area of the West District, aiming to preserve the city's civilized appearance and enhance the local environment. This initiative is part of a broader effort to improve public cleanliness across all centers and neighborhoods within the governorate.

Governor Major General Mohamed Allwan emphasized the ongoing implementation of cleaning and beautification campaigns, aligning with directives to elevate public hygiene and environmental quality. The local unit of the West District of Asyut city, led by its head Ayman Mahrous, has initiated the extensive cleaning operation. The focus is on rapidly removing waste and accumulated debris from the Roman Garden site, located near Faisal Bridge.

Allwan highlighted that the campaign is integral to the governorate's plan to intensify cleaning efforts in public spaces and maintain the city's aesthetic appeal. He affirmed that executive bodies are persistently engaged in field efforts to elevate cleanliness standards and improve the environment, thereby reflecting the civilized image of Asyut Governorate.

The governor stressed the necessity of continuous cleaning and regular maintenance, coupled with intensified field monitoring to ensure sustained cleanliness and prevent waste accumulation. He assured that the governorate would spare no effort in supporting local units' endeavors to enhance service quality for citizens, in line with the governorate's plan to improve the urban landscape.
