Extras Sought for 'Euphoria' Season Two Filming

Casting calls have been issued for over 1,200 extras and supporting actors for the upcoming second season of the German television series "Euphoria." This youth-oriented drama is an adaptation of the acclaimed American HBO series of the same name and airs on RTL+.

We invite people of all ethnicities and nationalities, as well as all genders and gender identities, aged 1 to 70.

Agency Eick & Weber is seeking a wide range of individuals, emphasizing inclusivity across ethnicities, nationalities, genders, and gender identities. Applicants aged 1 to 70 are welcome, including those who appeared in the first season. Specific crowd scenes will require hundreds of students and fans of the Schalke 04 football club.

The production is also looking for individuals with particular skills or interests, such as tennis players, martial artists, and dancers for party scenes. Experienced DJs are also needed to help create the right atmosphere. The series aims for authenticity, seeking real couples and families for various scenes, including one depicting a Turkish-Moroccan wedding.

Those who have already worked in the first season are also welcome to apply.

Beyond general extras, specialized roles are also being cast, including male strippers, croupiers, weapons masters, and football hooligans. Actors with prior experience are encouraged to apply for supporting roles that will involve screen time with the main cast. Filming is set to take place from late August through November, primarily in the greater Cologne and Ruhr region.
