Clothing and footwear dominated deliveries through inDrive's courier service in Nigeria during the first six months of 2026, according to data from the global mobility platform. These items constituted 39.5% of all classified deliveries, significantly outpacing food and drinks, which represented 27.8% of the orders.

The data, compiled from approximately 5,000 inDrive.Courier orders across Nigeria between January and June 2026, highlights a growing demand for deliveries across various lifestyle categories. Cosmetics, beauty products, and eyewear accounted for 10% of deliveries, while electronics made up 5.8%, documents and papers 4%, and medicines and pharmacy products 3%. This trend underscores a rising dependence on inDrive.Courier for both personal needs and business transactions.

Within the food and drinks category, rice and fruits were among the most frequently delivered items. Local favorites such as jollof rice, shawarma, tigernut drink, and parfait also featured prominently, reflecting diverse consumer preferences nationwide.
