He fondly recalled his father as a man who began each day with prayer for his family, possessed immense dedication, and took great pride in his work. "He was more devoted to his family than anyone I know and had a strong sense of responsibility," the YouTuber shared, expressing his grief and gratitude to those who offered condolences. He noted that video uploads would be difficult for the coming week.

The accident occurred on the afternoon of May 26th, when a portion of the structure collapsed during demolition work. The deceased included a supervisor in his 60s, who has now been identified as the father of the 'Yakbbu' channel operator. This YouTuber and his wife had recently gained attention for sharing their struggles with operating a pharmacy they opened in Jeju, facing unexpected difficulties shortly after opening due to a neighboring clinic's sudden closure.
